Rally for Hope
At the opening of Winchester Tennis Arena, XT hosted a charity “Rally for Hope” and invited Andre Agassi, Gael Monfils, and Ana Ivanovic. They agreed and turned up! Together, they raised more than S$120,000 for a new building for the Rainbow Centre, a school for infants, children and youths with special needs like autism, intellectual disability, developmental delay, and multiple disabilities. “Rally for Hope” has continued to be and still is a yearly event, where through tennis related activities, fund raise for the less fortunate members of our country.

XT even hosted and played tennis with Taiwanese Singer, Huang Pin Yuan 黄品源, of <Xiao Wei 小微>！
Wave House Sentosa
XT created the iconic 70,000 sq ft Wave House Sentosa together with his friends, Thomas Lochtefeld, the late Terry Goh and Heinz Iten that was a large scale, state of the art, imaginative, mass appeal surf club in surf-less Singapore that many people said were doomed to fail but became a media and tourism sensation for ten years in Siloso Beach, Singapore. It was even a pit stop for the Amazing Race!
Wave House Singapore won many different awards which include Readers’ Choice Awards and was recognised by TripAdvisor.
With his friend Shaun Wee, XT hosted the Redbull Flug Tag at Wave House Singapore, a truly crazy event where particpants tried to build their own flying objects that they rode in to see how far they could fly!
Wave House Sentosa hosted many crazy parties, including Bruno Mars
XT also came up with most ridiculous food and drinks that somehow proved super popular with guests!
Wave House Sentosa hosted some truly crazy dance and count down parties, including New Years Eve, Earth Conservation, Traffic Light (where girls indicated their approachability by wearing Green, Yellow or Red), Star Wars, and Oktoberfest!
Together with his friend and partner Ng Kam Kwan, he created a Japanese restaurant Miyu, that became a premier Omakase restaurant in Singapore!
He brought the God of Fortune to Winchester, Wave House, Miyu, TAG and more !
